Dear Customer,

From 01/04/2019 for return material of DEUBLIN products, we kindly ask you to take care of the following procedures:

• Download from our website www.deublin.it “Retun Material Authorization” (RMA form)
• Filled form should be sent in advance to our customer service at the following e-mail address servicedi@deublin.it to get authorization to send back the material.
• Inspection costs will be EURO 100,00 net; shipment cost will be at customer charges.
• In case of approval to proceed with the reparation or purchasing of the material, inspection costs will be absorbed
• In case of warranty repair , nothing will be charged
• Material received without receipt of authorization form will not be accepted
• After 30 days from the quotation if no feedback is received we will proceed to send back the material at your charge, charging you EURO 100,00 as inspection costs
• In case the material is not reparable, we will send you the authorizazion form (AFS form) to scrap the material which should be sent back to us duly filled within 10 working days. If not, we will proceed to send back the material at customer charge with a cost of EURO 100,00 for inspection.

A partire dal 01/04/2019, per la riparazione dei nostri prodotti, Vi chiediamo di seguire la seguente procedura:

• Scaricare del nostro sito www.deublin.it il modulo
  “Modulo di autorizzazione al reso” (RMA form)
  
• Il modulo compilato dovrà essere inviato in anticipo al Customer Service per accettazione del reso all’indirizzo mail servicedi@deublin.it
• Il costo di ispezione sarà di EURO 100,00 netto, le spese di spedizione sono a carico cliente.
• In caso di autorizzazione a procedere con la riparazione oppure acquisto di un nuovo prodotto, il costo di ispezione di EURO 100,00 non sarà addebitato.
• Nel caso di garanzia riconosciuta nulla verrà addebitato.
• Qualsiasi materiale ricevuto privo di autorizzazione non verrà accettato.
• Passati 30 giorni dall’invio del preventivo e non avendo ricevuto alcun riscontro, procederemo a rispedire il materiale al mittente a con addebito delle spese di trasporto ed addebitando EURO 100.00 per l’ispezione.
• Nel caso in cui il prodotto non risulti riparabile, procederemo ad inviare il modulo per l’autorizzazione alla rottamazione (AFS form) che dovra’ essere compilato e rispedito a Deublin Italiana il piu’ presto possibile. Passati dieci gg lavorativi procederemo a rendere il materiale a spese Vostre con l’addebito di EURO 100,00 per l’ispezione.
